Rams Stand Down Delaney Due To Disciplinary Breach

Tuesday 11 Aug 2015 5:33pm
Dewsbury Rams hooker James Delaney has been stood down from first team duties for one week due to a breach of the club’s disciplinary code of conduct.

It means the player will be unavailable to play in Sunday’s Championship Shield match against Batley Bulldogs at the Fox’s Biscuits Stadium.

Delaney remains available for selection in the Reserves Championship match against Leigh Centurions at The Tetley’s Stadium on Thursday.

The club has also issued the player with a suspended fine.

The club will be making no further comment at this time.
