RE: Gareth Ellis, Elliott Whitehead, Tom Briscoe
Briscoe is a good player, an international winger , so I would welcome signing him, but would it push our youger lads further down the pecking order, by all accounts we've got some good young outside backs waiting in the wings. It's our forwards that we might need beefing up in the future with Leulei and Peacock not having long left and griffin being 30 plus also.

Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible person... me.

Luke told me tom would never play for another Super League club, he loves Hull too much.

Whitehead said "he felt a move to hull fc would be a backward step at this stage of his career."

I'm sure that Whitehead would be available at the right price. He's a good young player and will get better but his replacement is almost ready. Seems reasonable as Hull probably need him more than us, and obviously can't develop enough of their own talent

Hope Hull have deep pockets. Stick another nought on the cheque.

RE: Gareth Ellis, Elliott Whitehead, Tom Briscoe
The focus in the coming years must be to beef up our forwards in the post Leulei & Peacock era ...........I feel we have plenty of young talent within the three quarters which hopefully will preclude any bid for Briscoe ........ despite his obvious talent!
