RE: Saints 2016
St Helens have signed Gold Coast prop Luke Douglas on a three-year deal.

The 17 stone, 6 foot 3 prop joins from Gold Coast Titans with a pedigree that takes in more than 260 games in the NRL.

Douglas has played for Cronulla too as well making four appearances for Scotland in the 2013 World Cup.

“I’m really looking forward to this new challenge,” he said.

“The club has a great profile and stature in the game and I hope to be able to contribute to developing that wonderful culture

“I am told Saints have the best fans in the game and I can't wait to engage with them.

“I'm really looking forward to this next chapter in my life.”

"He's the best coach I've had.His mix of man-management and his game plan is second to none.Since Brian has been in charge,we've been in every final so far.I love playing for him.I can't praise him enough,I've so much respect for him." Kevin Sinfield

Is he average then?

Wonder why they've signed another prop, unless someone is going

It's been confirmed after months of speculation that Matty Smith has signed for Saints.

RE: Saints 2016
Smith would easy get a 3/4 year contract from a few clubs. I doubt he would have signed for a club only offering 2 years.

RE: Saints 2016
I am happy with 3 years for Smith.

The signings we have made for next season look pretty good.
