Pacquiao's way past it now. "It" not necessarily being "it" in the generic sense, but at least the level where he could present a genuine threat to Mayweather.

cos mayweather couldnt stop shaking at the prospect. now that pacman has slowed down a bit mayweather might consider it.

That's the way I saw it but I know bugger all about boxing

Indeed.

Neither really wanted the fight that much. Remember when Pbf said he'd sign the fight terms if PAC agreed to the chemicals test, PAC refused the fight based on being scared of needles even though he's a few tattoos.

I'd still like to see it but they're not prime anymore tbf.

Aye, tis unfortunate for groves that he didn't take a knee during the barrage. I think the difference was froch had the luxury of a standing 8 count whereas groves, like Bruno used to, took to leaning on the ropes & was stopped. Maybe groves would of recovered & gone on given the count?

RE: Froch v Groves - Cheese - 11-25-2013 04:12 PM

thats the point i was making about his relative lack of experience being the factor that counted. in the the eyes of the ref too.....froch was afforded something groves wasnt and that amounts to bias.
