Plus why would we have Hall in the centres and Watkins on the wing when Hall has never played centre and Watkins is a centre
Also with hardaker coming through we dont need George

Hall started life as a centre. it was smith and bluey who turned him into a wing. when they first came through, hall was centre to smith on the wing.

Ali Lauititi - let him go. Injury prone and inconsistent.
Ryan Bailey - someone take him please!
Ian Kirke - keep as a squad player

I'm relatively unconcerned in terms of the backs, we've got lots of youngsters coming through that can replace the older heads that are coming to the end of their careers.
In the next couple of years we are going to have to look at replacing Burrow and McGuire. I think both have plenty left to offer but if we have to nudge one of them out a year early to get the right replacement into the club then so be it.
I'm most concerned with the forwards. It's no secret that I think Bailey is useless, and in general we lack grunt up front. Peacock hasn't got long left, Buchanan is on the small side and the likes of Kirke are pretty average. I've been very disappointed with Cross so far, if we can get him out at the end of 2011 I'd be pleased.
That said, if we stopped giving away heaps of silly penalties in key positions and at key times I think we'd win more games.

I think pitts should be given more playing time this season to build up his consistancy and improve his game for next season there's no doubt he has talent he's showed it with a few performances this year and i think he just needs more game time.
We definatly need to sign a new right centre for next season to go with hall on the wing and on the left i would have watkins at centre and hardaker as winger with ben jones bishop at full back
I would have chris clarkson as a starting second rower quality player imo who isn't getting enough game time at the moment and either delaney or ablett as the other, sinfield at loose forward as always buderus as hooker and at the moment with no re-signing/new signings pitts and burgess at prop
We definatly need to ged rid of luaitiiti, webb, senior maybe peacock depending on how he goes i would be tempted to sign leuluai on a 1 year extension as he's been our best prop this year

What are people's thoughts on Ablett?
I think he's a decent but not particularly outstanding player. I'm not suggesting we get rid of him but I think he definitely needs to improve.

I think Ablett is a very reliable, hardworking player. Deffo one to keep, won't be on big bucks.

Just a few points
Hall plays as our left winger hence being No 5
Watkins is a right centre not a left - he carries the ball and does the flick pass out of his right hand you wouldnt want him on the left he'd lose some of his skill
So we need a left centre to replace keith!

Although i'd prefer signing a Left Centre as I dont believe Smith would be up to the job!

I hope Gary H is simply keeping his cards close to his chest with his comments in League Express. A lot of Leeds fans would be disappointed if there are no announcements soon on which players are not having contracts renewed and where necessary names of replacements signed. I'm sure he is more concerned than he is letting on. Season ticket sales for 2012 will start in early Autumn and supporters will want confidence in things improving. The club needs to maintain the numbers sold and if possible increase sales.
When Gary H went to Australia in November last year he said he had met with all the player's agents and was looking at signings for 2012 as he always plans a year in advance. Let's hope that the "sleeve" has some player(s) already identified or even signed up as last year he left it too late as the best NRL players had already signed for other clubs. I think we need a couple of marquee quality signings, a centre and a tough go forward prop. We have lots of good young players with loads of potential who can gain experience from these few quality signings. Various names have been mentioned but they maybe are only rumours. Matt Cooper is out of contract at the Dragons and Antonio Kaufusi is not wanted by Bennett at Newcastle, are these two on Gary's shopping list? Also Bennett is having a clear-out of other players at the Knights and there could be players like Wes Naiqama available. Are there any other names being mentioned?
