England Training Squad
Think its great to see 3 robins in the England Trainign Squad!
Peter Fox- Already recognised international winger, who needs a boost like this too make him keep on improving! Liam Watts- We saw him last year in the Train-on squad for the 4nations, but injury ruled him out so will be hoping for a bit of better luck. Kris Welham- Great to see a lad off Orchard Park be playing almolst at the highest level of Rugby League for the first time. He still has bags of years and potential with him and hope he has a succesful internation experiance Also i would like to say well done to Josh Charnley of Wigan Warriors. His great Try scoring record at rovers last year has earned him a call up to the England Knights, and hope he has a great carear to come and hopefully will return to the place where he was recognised! Any thoughts on these four's inclusion by Steve McCnamara, or any wrong decisions in the entire squads? I'm Joining Jack. Are you? www.joiningjack.org |

RE: England Training Squad
Good to see Watts in there, be interesting, as it is with every "new" forward, to see if he can cope with the Aussies and Kiwi packs.
"'SUID'? Yes... That's what they used to call me. 'Saint Until I Die'. That was my name. I am The Swede. And I come back to you now at the turn of the tide." |

RE: England Training Squad
Would be good to see. New forwards like Scarsbrook, Clubb and Fasavalu have all benefited from their first international call-ups. I think McCnamara could be a great tutor towards Watts along with other well recognised international players after all that's what the RFL hire him for. Hope Josh Charnley earns a call up soon. Talk of him off to Quins on loan, carnt believe Morgan does not want to bring him back. He is quite something and I even think a saints fan like yourself will admit it!
