World Club Series - Warrington vs St George Illawarra
Dragons players are getting their sicknote excuses in early. Here's one from Cooper:

Sky Sports Wrote:St George Illawarra's former Warrington prop Mike Cooper has been forced to miss a reunion with his old Super League club to ensure he will be present for the birth of his first child.

The Dragons take on the Wolves at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on February 20 as part of the expanded World Club Challenge.

Cooper, 26, who played his entire 122-game top-flight career with his home-town club before moving to the Dragons last year, was looking forward to the clash but, with partner Katie expected to give birth in early March, has opted to stay in Sydney.

"There's a chance it could come early and if she went into labour and I was over there I'd never forgive myself," Cooper said.

"I'm gutted in a way because that one game was one I really wanted to play but family always comes first."

"It's the worst signature I've seen. Its mix of homoerotic eulogising and pseudo-philosophical shite makes me sick. Since Hank has had this sig, SLF has gone down the toilet. I hate him. I can't stress that enough. I hope he gets banned." - Kevin Sinfield

Tyson Frizell? The Welsh Wizard himself?

Can't help but feel this is two friendlies plus an exhibition for a trophy.

Wire have the most to lose. St George only finished 11th last year and they don't look any stronger this year. Wire really should be playing our 5th-placed team, the Cows. Actually, why are Wire playing anyone?
