Coaches and players have been complaining about them for years- (including Tony smith ironically) all that happens is coaches get fined and the referees carry on letting them go. Danny brough took 3 in the first half from Catalan- then was sent off for retaliation- it's like they are expected to expect it!
a lot of half backs will suffer from concussion injuries after retirement.

Ben Westwood of Warrington Wolves has been banned for two matches for making a Grade B shoulder strike on Castleford Tigers player Luke Gale in the 4th minute of the First Utility Super League Round 23 match played on Sunday July 26.

Westwood, who pleaded not guilty, was also fined £300.
