GENTLE LETDOWN
Wests Tigers assistant coach Peter Gentle has been ruled out as the next Hull KR coach after attending the Robins game against Bradford last weekend. Gentle flew to England after the Tigers' match against Penrith last Friday and is also believed to be a contender for the vacant Castleford and Wakefield jobs. However, Hull KR chairman Neil Hudgell said Gentle would not be Justin Morgan's successor and he is expected to fly to Australia to interview other candidates, who are believed to include sacked Bulldogs coach Kevin Moore and Eels assistant Matt Cameron.
