The RFL will have told wire if they can get half of his salary not to count on the cap, i doubt it to be honest, other clubs will already know, i think chairman will have demanded to know as it clrearly is against current rules if they get the 50% knocked off the cap. I dont see any reason why fans shouldnt be told and every reason why we should

Lots of players have a long career but if they tend to be journeymen you wouldn't all be calling for them all to have testimonials. Morley can have his recognition but shouldn't have the testimonial.
