Exactly, and it's that ethos that I feel needs drumming into to teams and fans alike for the sake of this league in comparison to the NRL and for the sake of England in comparison to Australia.

Couldn't agree more. On the whole, low scoring games are more entertaining than high scoring ones. The odd high scoring game where an individual scores three or four amazing tries are the exception.
