Briscoe and Gleeson are a few of the surprises Pearson found when he took over, no wonder he's pissed off. That doesn't excuse him throwing his toys out of the pram without good reason though.

Not that this excuses the actions of our board or players, but do you honestly think just Hull is involved in this murky part of the game? Don't you think it's funny how only HKR seemed to publicly condemn us and it was more concerning Gleeson playing then getting caught? It must also be a coincidence that most teams have a stronger second half of the season after scheduled drug testing has happened...

Neil Hudgell had a dig at Hetherington and Rule and it was clearly that he did that because of the bad blood that existed between the two hierarchies. Both clubs have a very good relationship now and you will see both working in conjunction in the next few years.

I don't know where this drug issue has come from but I can only point to Castleford who made a strong start last season and then imploded, allowing us to sneak past them into the playoffs.
