Nope, he's got a Clause in his contract that says he can take any nrl position at any time.

Well that's a kick in the balls for McManus and his merry men, if it's true. What a stupid contract to draw up if he was so obviously going to be attracted to the NRL. If it's true, where do we go from here? A certain Mr Anderson the second choice target?
