Well done Cas. He signed a 5 year deal, now he wants out. Tell him to suck it up and hope someone with plenty of money makes an offer Cas can't refuse.

RE: Cas turn down daryl clark transfer request
Cas could cash in big time on him and Chase here, but it's fantastic to see Millward and the board (for all their criticisms) standing firm and continuing the rhetoric of squad building.

"'SUID'? Yes... That's what they used to call me. 'Saint Until I Die'. That was my name. I am The Swede. And I come back to you now at the turn of the tide."

RE: Cas turn down daryl clark transfer request
bit awkward though, if a player asks to leave and then you refuse it..

From the clubs point of view ... is he now going to perform to the best of his ability?
From the player point of view ... well, same as above. What's the point?

RE: Cas turn down daryl clark transfer request
the clubs always say this, they know he is going, but by saying "we will not transfer list him" they will hope to get a bit more dosh for him

But who will moderate the moderators?

I dunno...Coast Guard?

RE: Cas turn down daryl clark transfer request
Absolutley gutted!!! Dont mind chase moving on too much but Clark looks like he could be class for many years, a true local talent & wherever he ends up will be getting a belter.

I just hope we get a good deal for him when it comes as its pointless keeping a player that wants away, i can totally understand why he wants off tbh.

It just shows how much money talks and how much wire must have for next season....

Does look a great player.its a shame that clubs like cas make these players and then lose them to clubs such as wire who obviously cant be arsed making any of their own.

RE: Cas turn down daryl clark transfer request
TM's work is being right undone. Westerman, Shenton, Arundel, Eden & now Clark off the top of my head. Might as well sell Jonny Walker, Thomson & Owen & ship a load of average imports in like the good old days.
