Hull FC head coach Peter Gentle admits he is weighing up his options both inside and outside the club after being dealt more cruel news on the injury front.

The most devastating of all is the loss of first-team stars Sam Moa and Danny Tickle for the remainder of the season with arm injuries, as both players look set to face surgery.

The International Origin pair had both been named in the Origin squads for last night’s decider, plus Hull’s squad for Friday’s game against Leeds, however, scan results and talks with the specialists have concluded that operations are there only option
