Leeds Rhinos felt the wrath of a young on form Warriors side this evening at Headingley.
The first 10 minutes saw a strong Wigan side score two tries with Jeff Lima opening the scores for the Warriors, Liam Farrell followed after a break and set up by Sam Tomkins.
Next up was Leeds' turn with Ryan Hall crashing over in the left corner despite Josh Charnley's best attempts to force him out of play. But Sean O'Loughlin soon hit back taking the scores to 4-18 after 30 minutes. A minute later George Carmont scored another for the warriors in the corner.
On the last play of the first half, Thomas Leuluai stepped his way over the line to make it a 4-26 score at the hooter.
Wigan Tries in the second half came from Charnley, Gelling, Leulaui and finished with Finch. Ryan Hall scored another for Leeds.
Final Score: Leeds Rhinos 8 Wigan Warriors 50
