McDermott: Excited about what we are capable of

Leeds Rhinos coach is still excited about what the Rhinos squad is capable of, even after a less than inspiring season so far.
"We are excited about what we are capable of and that we are heading in the right direction, but the players are aware that the final 15-20 minutes of last Sunday’s game against Castleford was disappointing.", McDermott told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
"It put a negative slant on what should have been a very encouraging performance. For the first 60-65 minutes it was very good, offensively and defensively."
The Rhinos have just two more games before the Challenge Cup semi-final where they face current Super League leaders, Wigan Warriors at the Galpharm Stadium, Huddersfield. McDermott is aiming for his squad to be "in form" when the semi-final comes around.
"Every game is a big one now, We want to be hitting that semi-final in form. We are really looking forward to that game and it would be good if we were in form, that is our task."
