Broncos Head Physio John Miles Moves On

London Broncos Tuesday 19 Jun 2012 7:46pm

London Broncos Head Physiotherapist John Miles has left the club to take up a new role at Cardiff Blues in his native Wales.

John joined the Broncos from the Scarlets back in 2009 and in his three years with the club his superb work has been acknowledged by those at the top of the game with an invitation to join up with the England RL set up for the Four Nations back in November.

He has been an integral part of the club's development of prehabilitation and rehabilitation techniques including the introduction of the Alter G which has been used to aid both training and recovery sessions.

Looking back on his time with the club, John has a number of fond memories which he will take away with him from the capital.

"There have been some great moments while I've been at the club. Winning up at Wigan on St Georges Day and doing the double over Leeds last season was amazing.

"This year's pre season camp in Brecon was also a highlight; it was great in bringing the team together. The pot holing was a good laugh, especially seeing some of the big lads like Kaufusi trying to squeeze through!

"Everyone at the club has been as good as gold. It's been the best group of players and staff that I've ever worked with.

"It's been the most challenging yet rewarding, hard but best time of my life."

Everyone at London Broncos wishes John every success in his new role at Cardiff Blues and all the best for future.
