Wembley tickets still available

Rugby League Friday 4 Nov 2011 2:00pm

Tickets for the Gillette Four Nations double header at Wembley Stadium will be available to purchase from the ground’s West ticket office tomorrow.

Fans still have time to secure their seat for an historic afternoon of Rugby League at the national stadium where Wales face New Zealand and England take on Australia in front of an expected crowd of over 40,000 people.

Iestyn Harris’s Wales team face defending Four Nations Champions New Zealand in the day’s opening game, which kicks-off at 1.00pm.

The Kiwis lost their opening fixture against Australia and can afford nothing less than a victory if they are to remain in contention to defend their crown, while Wales will be determined to bounce back from their opening defeat against England.

At 3.30pm, England will take to the field against arch-rivals Australia, with the winners guaranteed a place in the 2011 Gillette Four Nations final at Elland Road, Leeds, on Saturday November 19.

England will be making their first appearance at Wembley since the 1995 World Cup and with a final berth up for grabs, the home nation will be determined to emerge victorious against the Kangaroos.

Tickets for the Gillette Four Nations double header, Wales v New Zealand and England v Australia, are priced from just £25 adult and £10 concession and are available to purchase on the day. A family ticket giving admission to two adults and two children costs just £55.

England’s remaining group game against New Zealand will be played at the KC Stadium in Hull on Saturday November 12 (6.00pm) and tickets are priced from £20 adult and £10 concession.

Wales will play Australia in their final group fixture at The Racecourse Ground in Wrexham on Sunday November 13 and fans will be able to attend the game for £10 adult and £5 concessions.

The 2011 Gillette Four Nations final will be played at Elland Road, Leeds on Saturday November 19 (6.00pm) and tickets are priced from £20 Adult and £10 concession.
